last day of school

Happy Belated Mothers Day to all of our wondereful mommies.  You are the best!   Your children were so excited about honoring you at our singing show.  Thanks to all for the great attendance.  Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, especially the performers!  Our week flew by as we "rehearsed, " walked to the green house, wrapped our purchases and put together our card for Mom.  Needless to say, little time was left to concentrate on our topic INSECTS, so we will repeat it this week.  Those of you attending the show may have noticed our LARVA container.  We are anxiously OBSERVING them as they eat, fatten up and spin their COOCOONS.  Certainly before the year ends they will have METAMORPHOSIZED into beautiful butterflies that we can free in our field.   We will keep you posted.
