Introduction

Welcome to Miss Rudnick's Blog!

Here is a place where you can get information about ways to help your kindergartner be successful in school.

Mrs. Kalter's Introduction

I am so excited to start my new position as Intervention Specialist. For the past 26 years I have been a classroom teacher, the last 23 in second grade. When this opportunity became available I jumped at the chance to broaden my horizons. I am eager to work with students in kindergarten through second grade. I’m looking forward to setting up plans of improvement and then helping children reach their goals.

Music Program

"If you learn music, you learn most all there is to know."
As we enter the new school year, let us remember that your child's music education is an
important component of his/her overall development. Both scientists and educators emphasize that children's participation in music-making helps them develop skills, such as reading, memorizing, listening, anticipating, recalling, and concentrating. Above all, music as a universal language, helps us build a stronger community and truly enriches our lives.
