On Monday, we started our unit on birds. The children enjoyed picking a bird to research.  Please remember to return the completed research web to school by Monday, April 28. It is important the web is returned this day because we will use it to write bird reports.

Hi,
It was great to see so many of you last night for our Spring conference. Everyone showed up and was on time. I appreciate that. I look forward to seeing the rest of you next Wed. night. This was our last conference for the year. If you ever want to talk to me about anything at all, please feel free to call or e-mail me anytime! The children have all grown so much in all areas, and it is nice to be able to discuss that with you. I hope you found it helpful to discuss where your children are now and some ways you can help at home.
We had an exciting week this week in kindergarten. We had our science field trip, and the children all loved it. Ask your child about what they learned and what they did with the rocks. Each child was able to take a bag of rocks home with a mini magnifying glass.
