Hello everyone, I hope you are all enjoying your summer and stayng healthy and safe. There are only 3 weeks left before the beginning of a new school year and I want to remind everyone to please be sure and have the childrens physicals and immunizations up to date. Please bring the forms on the 1st day of school, if possible. The sooner they are in the better.

Also, any child who will be keeping medication in my office will need to bring the medication along with a signed order from the doctor. These forms were given out last June, at the end of the school year. If anyone needs a new form, please be sure to pick one up on the 1st day of school. I am not allowed to keep any medication without a signed physicians order.

Please enjoy the rest of this wonderful summer and I look forward to seeing all of you in a few weeks.
