May 15th is right around the corner and I am still missing 14 dental exams for the kindergarten class and 38 exams for the 2nd graders.  Please remember, these children will not be able to receive their report cards until these exams are in my office.

Last month I sent home dental forms for all the children missing one. If you have misplaced it, please contact my office and I will be happy to send you another one.

Hello to you all. I hope everyone had a wonderful summer.

Well here we are into another school year. My office is bustling with trying to get all the health records together for the state report. I wanted to remind everyone, that if your child's records are not here by the state deadline of Oct. 15th they will be excluded from school. Believe me, nobody wants to see that happen, so please get the records in ASAP. I have sent out reminders, at times double reminders. I apologize for this. After looking at so many records all day long, sometimes a sent reminder is forgotten and another will mistakenly go out.
