Report cards & Dental records

Tuesday, June 5th, is the last day of school and report cards will be issued to the students. As per Illinois state law, your child's report card will not be given if their dental record is not on file.  Currently there are 6- kindergarten students and 7- 2nd graders that will NOT be receiving their report cards along with the rest of the class. These will be sent to the front office and will be turned over when a dental exam is handed in. This is the last chance to have them in my office.
