Echocardiogram Screening is coming to Lincolnwood School District 74 and this year the screening will be available to ALL students and their families plus ALL employees and their families!

Cardiologist Dr. Joel Okner and EKO Science Diagnostics will be providing the Echocardiogram Screening on:

May 18th and 20th, 2009
4:00pm - 9:00pm
Lincoln Hall Middle School
Cost will be $45 per individual

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY: Prior to trying out, practicing or participating in school-sponsored extracurricular athletic activities, a student must obtain sports physical examination [including: (a) 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG) or (b) echocardiogram] by a licensed physician.

More information will be sent to your home after the first of the year.
